Before the Session

If you are interested of an introduction session, I will ask you to provide me with some basic information so that I can prepare some test sounds for you. The session includes a presentation of the treatment modality and a shorter sound session.

After that, you may be interested to take this to a treatment level, where I recommend a IST - Standard program with two sessions and a sound program to be listened to at home. If so, I will send you an information sheet and a medical questionnaire to be filled in and sent back to me.

I research data on eventual medications and other information, and then I calculate your own uniquely personal set of frequencies.  For this analysis phase, I take in to account the fact that your family and any other significant people in your life will also have an influence on you.

During the Session

At the session, two voice recordings are taken using a custom designed computer program. The recordings are the base for a spectral and numerical graph analysis, or simplified, the voice analysis.

The information in the graph is then analyzed by me and frequencies at brain wave level are calculated to 100th of a Hertz. Those frequencies expressed in sounds generated with the help of a computer software, are aimed to bring your body and mind back into balance. For more information on how it works, see Infra-Sound Therapy page.

The sounds are then tested during the further treatment sessions to find the ones that have optimum effectiveness. In testing, it is important to make sure that your body accepts sounds in the way it prefers.

Common experiences when being sound tested are:

  • tingling sensations in various areas of the body
  • warmth that can be felt in different, unrelated areas of the body
  • body feelings such as lightness or heavyness
  • emotional release, such as laughter or tears
  • feelings of energy moving in the body
  • finding it easier to breathe
  • feeling exceptionally relaxed, or alert and excited
  • for some people, strong visual images or emotions with different sounds
  • tingling or energy movement on one side of the body only

After the Session

Your selected sounds are then uploaded in a cloud solution (for easy access) or burned to CD for you to take home with you and listen with a headset. As a complement, you can book additional Frequency ImmersionTM standalone sessions for vibro-acoustic massage with the Sound Bed with your own specific sounds.

After a period of treatment and evaluation, we make a follow up and find a suitable way to proceed further, if needed and wished. In some cases, in-depth treatment is recommended, where we approach specific areas of imbalances with specifc testes and sounds.

My Perspective on
Healing with Sounds

The sounds that you listen to/ feel will affect you on all levels – mind, body and spirit; mental, physical, biochemical. As in any therapy, the help provided by the sound is like a bridge to get you from one place to another, and not meant to make you become reliant on the sounds.

Illness is often a case of being stuck – either in a belief, a thought pattern, in a type of action or all three of these things. True healing is about releasing long held emotions and habitual patterns, integrating this new learning and making it a permanent change. Once you have "crossed this bridge" it is essential that you continue on your journey.

The initial analysis of your voice gives vital clues to the root of your imbalances. If you want to be well, then change must happen. Using your sounds, you can begin a journey where you start to identify and change the things in your daily life that are keeping you out of balance.

Trust and let it happen!
Allow your body to heal!

I hope that this gives you a clear indication of what the therapy consists of and what to expect at an appointment. If you should have any questions, just contact me.

Sessions are held in Swedish or English (Danish and Romanian are also applicable by request).
